Who they are
Bloom'n Gardens Landscape designs, builds and maintains outdoor spaces in the Atlanta area. Owner Kate Wright trained as a botanist and started the company after answering an ad for a landscape foreman, eventually going out on her own. The team now handles residential design and ongoing maintenance side by side.
What they were dealing with
Kate's previous website had no way to nudge a visitor toward the right next step. People landed on the site, did not know which service applied to them, and often left before reaching the submission form. There was nothing to guide them or answer the small question that was holding them up.
