Key responsibilities
- Triage incoming feature requests, bug reports, and product updates as the first point of contact.
- Evaluate, categorise, and prioritise tasks based on urgency, impact, and business alignment.
- Create and maintain centralised task lists or backlogs using project management tools.
- Track development pipeline progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate across product, engineering, QA, and other teams for clarity.
- Organise stand-up meetings and status check-ins.
- Generate progress reports highlighting completed tasks, issues, and deadlines.
- Document processes and maintain project documentation.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Required qualifications
- Minimum 2 years project coordination or similar experience in software development.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
- Strong organisational skills managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle, sprints, releases, and version control.

- Agile or Scrum methodology knowledge.
